RP Global Day of Prayer

The Reformed Presbyterian Churches of North America, Ireland, Scotland and Australia have an annual joint Day of Prayer, usually in the autumn. It is a wonderful expression of our unity in the Gospel that we can join with one another in a day of prayer that will span the globe.

Prayer points are distributed to RP congregations for this Day of Prayer.

The first RP Global Day of Prayer organised by the RP Global Alliance in conjunction with the member churches was held in September 2019 when the RP Church around the world prayed for men for the ministry.  The second RP Global Day of Prayer took place in 2021 where we focused on praying for the churches in East Asia.  In 2022 the focus will be on the need for elders in the Global RP Church, and it will take place on the 2nd October.

This year, in addition to congregational prayer times there will also be the opportunity for individuals to join with members of the RP church family from around the world to pray together in an online prayer time hosted by the RP Global Alliance.

The online prayer time is set to take place at 12pm UTC on Saturday 1st October, prior to the day of prayer. For those of us in the UK and Ireland that is 1pm. Email canadanews@rpglobalalliance.org to RSVP to this prayer meeting and receive the Zoom link.
