Meet our congregations

5 churches in Scotland, 1 church in The Gambia

Although still much smaller than sister RP denominations in America (100 congregations) and Ireland (40 congregations), the RP Church of Scotland is now growing again after a long period of decline. We have 3 congregations in the Central Belt, one on the Outer Hebrides and one in the South West.  We also have a church in Brikama, The Gambia

Airdrie

The Airdrie congregation has, by the Lord’s blessing, been a growing congregation for the past two decades. We have a range of ministries in the life of the church, but they are all centred around seeing sinners saved and saints discipled in the ways of Christ.

Glasgow

We are thankful for the liberty, the spirit of prayer, the hunger for conversions and the desire for real spiritual growth which we are experiencing together as a congregation.

North Edinburgh

The North Edinburgh RP Church meets at 11am and 5.30pm.

Stornoway

The Stornoway RP Church meets at 11am and 6.30pm at the Bayhead Bridge Centre in Stornoway.

Stranraer

Stranraer is a small congregation, but God has been at work in recent years. Rev. Stephen Steele became the new minister for the congregation in September 2015.

Brikama

Our newest congregation is Brikama RPC in The Gambia, West Africa.

5 congregations in Scotland and 1 in The Gambia

We are a small but growing church

Our 6 congregations are part of a Presbytery, which is responsible for overseeing existing churches and planting new ones.
