Presbytery Precentor’s Workshop

A precentors’ workshop was held at Glasgow RP Church on Saturday, 27 April. The workshop was attended in-person by 6 precentors from Airdrie and Glasgow with at least 3 others joining online from Stornoway and Stranraer. Led by Tim Duguid (Airdrie RPC), the workshop focused on practical methods that precentors can employ to encourage congregations to be more confident in their singing. Another workshop is planned for the autumn of this year that will explore these issues further.
