Junior Camps

Every year the Irish RP Church hold Junior and Senior Camps for children and young people. This year Jacob Alexander from Airdrie RPC went to Boys Adventure Camp and Demi Loughridge from North Edinburgh RPC went to Girls Discovery Camp. This was Jacob’s last year at Junior Camps and Demi’s first year at Camp. We asked them a few questions about their experiences.

What was something you learned or that really made an impression on you from the talks?
Jacob: Something that made an impression on me from the talks was David’s life of service to God.
Demi: The Christian life is like running a race and the prize is heaven.

What was your favourite activity?
Jacob: My favourite activity was going paddle boarding and kayaking.
Demi: Messy games and watersports.

What was your favourite thing about camp?
Jacob: My favourite thing about camp was talking to other Christians my age.
Demi: Making new friends.
