Airdrie GO Team

The Airdrie Go Team ran from the 19^th – 24^th April. The team consisted of four members (Matteo Plebiscito, Campbell Quigley, Rosaleen Blair and Abigail Lightfoot). The team arrived on Saturday, and we began our time in Airdrie with door-to-door outreach.

This was a great opportunity to connect with people living in the surrounding areas of the church, putting a friendly face behind the leaflet (an invitation to the upcoming Mission services). The most meaningful moments came from the harder conversations, particularly with those who shared about recent losses and personal struggles. These interactions gave us the chance to invite them to the mission services, where five different messages of love and hope would be shared throughout the following week. While not everyone was receptive, the team was really encouraged by how many people were open to conversation and interested in what we had to share.
